Dr Giles Hartman is a medical practitioner and also a research associate at Rhodes University Department of Pharmacy.
He has been involved in various projects and published papers, articles and made presentations throughout the world.
About us
Prior to undertaking training in Infectious Diseases and Microbiology, Dr Harman obtained a broad exposure to General Internal Medicine and its specialties’. The Dr has a wide exposure to Acute and Clinical Medicine as well as extensive ICU experience having held numerous posts in a 10 bed Coronary Care Unit in Cornwall as well as the ICU in Birmingham during which time he was admitted.
What we do
We are proficient in all practical aspects of;
- Emergency Medicine including
- intubation and
- ventilation,
- ICU sedation,
- central venous access,
- intercostal drain insertion,
- transvenous cardiac pacing,
- all common medical emergencies.
